“The Sea Basin is part of the Spears family. We celebrate many of our family events here and bring out of town guests to enjoy the great food. We have never had a bad meal or experienced poor service. The staff is always great. We'll keep coming back!“

“Dinner was great I had the combo dinner which was the filet mignon & shrimp scampi. Very good and both were cooked perfectly. Service was great, dinner was great. Expect for one "small" problem, no pun intended. I asked for two tiramisu's to go and when I got home, I was surprised by the tiny lil pieces of dessert there was. I just spent $123.00 + a $22.00 tip, so $145.00 and the tiramisu was $8 a piece for something smaller than an credit card. Wow, SMH. Very disappointing. I called the restaurant and the hostess offered me another piece over the phone lol. I wasn't about to drive, use gas to go a 1/2hr, to get another small pc of cake. Note to hostess: just serve a sufficient size of dessert to your guests if you're going to charge $8.“

“Fantastic meal tonight. We had several food allergies including gluten and dairy. They were amazing at making sure that we had several options to meet all of our dietary needs. The owner came out and explained the menu to us. They were unbelievably helpful and the food was absolutely delicious! “Excellent spot for fresh seafood. I get take out here at least once a week. I can’t say enough about how good this seafood is. My personal favorites here are the seafood stuffed mushrooms, the baked clams, and the NE clam chowder. Everything here is great tho, I like to try different stuff every time. Each time is better than the other.“

I had the banana pancakes (which are my go-to) and my mom had the Eggs Benedict which came with potatoes. The staff and owner are so kind and make you want to keep coming back!“

Upon seeing prices that looked like they were from a bygone era (it's not just the lobster), we had quite a few items from their eclectic menu. Everything was made to order and our food was delivered much more quickly than the average fast-food joint by a server who treated us like old friends. The atmosphere is unpretentious and super chill - perfect for sports fans looking to hang out alone or with friends. It's a must-visit place if you're passing through the area for any reason.“

“This place is different. Different from the other American Chinese take out, I grew up eating. The Dan Dan Noodles, house special fried rice, and the Orange Chicken are some of the regular options we go with. The service is attentive and friendly. It's definitely worth a try.“

“he food was good and a nice change from the typical restaurant food we get. We got the Picchu especial (Seafood rice and ceviche) and causa limeña (potato cake); Both were great. It was nice to finally have some more authentic ceviche after being let down at some other restaurants. We went on a Friday night and they had live music, the atmosphere was fun and energetic. Food took a bit of time to come out but I guess that means it's fresh and it was worth the wait! It was a little awkward getting seated when the restaurant was full as there is no host- you kind of walk up to the bar and put your name down, or maybe sit down at a table if it doesn't have a sign on it i guess. “We have a tradition of coming here for st pattys day because my hubby does not eat red meat. He always getfs his turkey burger and is happy. I was estatic to see fried pickles on the menu. I got the pickles, seafood bisque, caesar salad and a corned beef sandwich. EVERYTHING was fresh, came out hot and was delicious. It can get loud but it was st pattys day after all. Try it, you will go back.UPDATE 3/17/2020 had to get our feast to go. My corned beef dinner was the best EVER. Hubby's Turkey burger was perfect. “Seating area has shade, but not much elsewhere. Food is somewhat pricey given the fact that it's on the beach. Outdoor bar. You can only drink in the designated areas because of New York State laws. Excellent for laying on the beach and watching sunsets (Note: Long Island North Shore is somewhat rocky).Another side note: Last time I was here the bar area, they had somewhat of a bee issue. Apparently they've discovered that there are sugars and protein to be had, so they come around. No one was stung last I saw.“

“Went New Year’s Eve had an awesome meal off their special menu. Started off with a nice glass of German resiling wine, Shades of Blue, excellent! Then for appetizer had the crab cakes, loaded with crab topped with Aioli sauce, best I’ve ever had. Then had the fillet mignon with lobster tail, fillet had a good amount of gristle in the middle that I had to work around, other than that it was very good. Lobster tail was presented and seasoned very well in some sort of marinated butter, wine and garlic which I thought was top notch of flavor and tenderness. Came with the mash potatoes another good choice some of the best made. I can’t forget their delicious homemade multi grain bread which was very good. For last desert opted for the Crème Brûlée topped off with fresh made whipped cream, awesome. Let me also mention about our waitress very friendly and accommodating, great customer service.Overall had a very enjoyable and unforgettable experience at Nantucket's other than the fillet not being completely satisfied I give it the Cardillo Scale Rating Review of 4.8 out of 5. “I ordered the foil-packet fish dinner for a Saturday lunch. It blew my mind when I saw the lady bartender skillfully unravel the foil (see video below) to expose the fish dish. The steam escaped the foil, clouding my surroundings. The fish was fresh and well-seasoned.I will be back to try more dishes.CASH ONLY ESTABLISHMENT!!!“

“The new location on Main St where the old Harbor Square Mall was is perfect! Service was excellent. Great food and a lot for the price. Oysters were good although kind of nondescript in flavor. Fried calamari was flavorful and not greasy. Seafood paella was delicious with enough rice to feed three people! Mahi Mahi fish was seasoned perfectly. Drinks good and came in mason jars! Dessert menu was great. Shared vanilla cheesecake with my husband. It's better than what it used to be. Very clean and nice decor. We will be going back!“

“Checked in and the place was packed a very good sign. Menu selection was either all you can eat (AYE) or ala carte menu, we opted for the Ala carte menu. FYI if one ordered the AYE the entire table must do AYE. Ordered the combo with snow crab, lobster tail, shrimp, corn and potatoes. The seafood was fresh, plentiful, sauces were delicious. Generous portion and price was fair. Drinks were excellent as well. Many people eating the AYE and looked happy. Service was good, food was delicious check it out.“
