“I stopped by the Rome store today and ordered the number 2 Brownie Sundae. I was a little shocked by the additional costs they charged me to add Peanut butter sauce to my sundae, and once I got my brownie sundae, there was hardly any brownie in the Sundae to enjoy. Very disappointed with today's visit.“

“Passing through and stopped in for a burger. The three people working were clearly overwhelmed with the number of customers they had, but their customer service and food quality was exceptional. I was in the store, and they constantly acknowledged me and apologized for the wait. When I saw my food being prepared, it wasn't rushed. I was very impressed. Thank you!“

“It has a nice atmosphere and it’s nice how they have drink specials. But I don’t enjoy the food n the service was awful. We had to wait 20 minutes for a waitress to show up and then another 15 for drinks after that. Then we were finally able to order. The food wasn’t very great.“
