My server Raisa was wonderful, engaging and just a very happy person. Because of her I will most certainly be returning to that location. Wonderful experience and the food was great!
I decided to take my two grandsons to Dennys for their Birthday since they have always enjoyed going there . I noticed on their menu board that they were offering a turkey dinner with all the trimmings . Since that is a favorite of mine I knew that would be my choice. Upon being seated the waitress took our orders and brought our beverages. It was at this point things started going wrong . There were two other tables being waited on. Well I can’t say I wasn’t surprised. Every Dennys I’ve been at is a wreck. Rome, NY, is no different.
Stopped there after a dance competition to get served raw chicken after the staff ADMITTED they don’t temp the chicken!!!
Well my bad for giving people the benefit of the doubt. But waking up this morning with food poisoning really took the last straw.

Denny's is a clean restaurant with friendly servers who provide attentive service. The food is cooked to perfection, with the bacon and eggs being a highlight. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with kind and patient servers, and is wheelchair accessible with big open booths and regular tables. Although service can be slow at times, the servers are quirky and make up for it with their humor.
