Friendly staff and delicious Ice wine.
When we're in the Finger Lakes, we like trying different wineries and breweries. Memorial Day weekend was crappy weather wise, so we wandered a bit. This one was an overall great experience, and the wine was tasty. Cole was very knowledgeable about all the wines, and made the experience even better. We tried so many different wines, that this review was originally posted under the wrong winery! Oops! Better late than never!

Knapp Winery is a gem worth revisiting, offering an exceptional wine tasting experience. The winery boasts an impressive selection of wines, including the standout Pasta Red, a semi-sweet blend of Baco Noir, DeChaunac, and Arandel, featuring rich flavors of jammy blueberry and raspberry. Guests can also try the ice wine, which has been described as out of this world. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience. A resident dog adds to the charming ambiance. The wine tasting experience is complemented by a board featuring crackers, local cheese, and chocolate, and the winery provides complementary local grape juice for designated drivers. The restaurant serves delicious bread and cheese, as well as highly praised French fries. The Knapp burger has also received praise. With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, Knapp Winery has earned a reputation as a top winery in the area. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, including a lovely flower garden between the tasting room and the bistro, making it a wonderful place to visit. New owners have made improvements, and the loyal following continues to grow.
