Truss and Trestle offers a great atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food. The breakfast tacos, homemade corned beef hash, tuna melt, and black bean tacos are not to be missed. The restaurant has a cozy setting with a small size, but a large bar and several booths. A variety of drinks are available, including good beer, local artisan beer, and a cocktail list. While service can be slow during peak hours, the friendly and polite staff makes up for it. The food is very good and plentiful, and the service is cordial and prompt. The music is nice, adding to the enjoyable experience. Though reservations are not accepted, the place remains a favorite for locals and visitors alike.
