This was the perfect spot for lunch after my barriatric appointment. I had the thin crust whole wheat Margherita pizza. It was delish. I had the sugar cane sweetened orange soda. It was nice and quiet.

Skinny Pizza Roslyn Heights has quickly become our favorite go-to spot for cauliflower, gluten free or whole wheat “thin” crust pizzas. Don’t get put off by the name… these pies pack flavor, wholesome ingredients and are seasoned to perfection.

I’ve read some of the online reviews where they cite the higher price point (about $8-$12 difference). You really can’t compare these healthier pies with their HORMONE FREE meat toppings that actually taste...

The prices for the 16 inch pizzas are a little higher than a traditional pizzeria but you that should be expected when going into any eatery. Got with the 3 step custom pizza instead of all 4 and you'll be happy.
