This bakery is AMAZING!! I called them in a panic because this was something my daughter REALLY wanted and didn’t order it in advance. The woman who answered the phone put aside a cake for me (basic rainbow without college name) and when I picked it up, she had changed it to the colors of LIU and had the college initials on it as well. Thank you! Thank you!
i went and shockingly there was no line. i get the hype the cake was aesthetic and tasted good! the employees were also really nice.
The hype surrounding The Dotcakes is completely real, but you definitely need to plan ahead if you want to get your hands on one. After seeing these cakes all over social media for months, I finally ordered one for a family celebration, and it absolutely lived up to the expectations. It is the ultimate party cake if you are looking for something that looks stunning in photos but actually tastes amazing too.

The Dotcakes is a restaurant that serves fresh and delicious cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and dotcups for any special occasion. The cake and frosting/sprinkles are amazing, and the decorative cakes taste as amazing as they look. Customers ordered for birthdays, baptisms, and graduations, and everyone loved the cake. It was so fresh and delicious, and all guests commented on how amazing it tasted. The Dotcakes also offers a gluten-free and dairy-free option, which was absolutely delicious. Even a long drive from NJ to Long Island was worth it. The Dotcakes figured out how to deliver on time, and a party without The DotCake is not the same. Highly recommend Dotcakes for any special occasion.
