“AMAZING!!! First time customer. The first thing that caught my eye was the decor. It reminds me of an old school ice cream parlor. The aroma of a freshly made crepe was in the air. Not knowing what to order, the owner asked what I liked and then created this beautiful crepe just for me. I can tell you this was delicious! If you’re in the area you must go and check it out. You will not be disappointed!“

“I am a frequent customer at bayabar Oceanside. I came to this one and had a bad experience. The curly hair girl that works there isn’t friendly at all. I saw them make my bowl wrong and when I addressed that they forgot coconut, didn’t put peanutbutter and that they had added honey they looked annoyed. Instead of remaking my bowl they decided to add coconut and peanutbutter on top of the honey. This was without consulting if I had a honey allergy. When I brought the bowl home there was barely any peanubutter and BARELY ANY ACAI BASE!

One of the owners Marco contacted me after this happened and was super nice and understanding. He refunded me and ensured that that would never happen again. I definitely will give this location another shot because of how nice the owner is and how well he handled the situation.“

“In Nov of 2022, I had the most AMAZING gluten-free bagels I’ve ever tasted! At first, I was afraid they had given me regular bagels! They’re THAT good! I live in Kentucky and have been DREAMING of those bagels ever since I ate the last one!“

“I cannot say enough good things about Brain Food Palace in Long Island! I recently ordered their fruit and veggie platters for our work lunch, and they were absolutely stunning. The presentation was next-level from the vibrant mix of fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and shredded carrots, to the meticulously arranged fruits like strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, grapes, oranges, and cantaloupe. They even added a carved pineapple center that made the platter look like a piece of art!

“This was the place I had my first açaí bowl, and I loved it. I am addicted now and come here pretty often. The fruit is fresh in every season, and the staff here are very lovely. It’s important to note that it’s not that “fast” but that’s because it’s currently one person working there and she’s making everything fresh. It’s completely worth the $$ and time for me.“

“GrillMak has been a favorite spot of mine for probably almost 10 years now. My go-to's are their sticks - Filet Mignon, my favorite, but their chicken and pork sticks are delicious as well. Occasionally, I will go with the filet mignon gyro when needing a more complete meal. Their sweet potato French fries are a nice side to any meal. There is plenty of dining seating indoors and some outdoors during the summer. You will find plenty of parking here as well.

“Fantastic deli and smoothie spot! We swung by in the morning, and the buns were straight out of the oven. I chose United Special, my husband got something with lemon pepper chicken and it was sooo good! Every ingredient was fresh and high quality - especially loved the variety of cheeses. And I'm so glad we decided to try the tropical smoothie and watermelon juice. Made with fresh real fruits with no sugar added, they were perfect and tasted just like homemade! “I accidentally discovered SoBol while I was walking around, but I’m very glad I did. I got a kids size coconut smoothie bowl (I wasn’t sure if i’d like it) with some nutella, and it was delicious. I also got a spirulina smoothie and it was so good that I’ve visited SoBol twice more to satisfy my cravings! My brother got a Chocolate Cacao smoothie, and he absolutely loved it, he finished it in approximately 5 minutes. He would recommend it for kids or for adults with a sweet tooth!“
