B & C never fails to impress. It continues to be one of the very best restaurants around. The entire staff is thoroughly professional and very experienced. They seem to focus on making sure that their patrons have a great experience. I've never had anything there that wasn't very-good-to-excellent. This time we started with a wedge salad and a crabmeat cocktail. Both were very satisfying and very tasty. Then we had the prime sirloin and a filet, accompanied by asparagus...
Food was just ok for the price. My husband and I ordered the porterhouse for two. The others in our party ordered the prime sirloin and grilled swordfish. They were happy with their orders. Would defintiely return but would order something else.
A wonderful meal. You come to B&C with expectations. Those were more than satisfied! What we sometimes lose sight of is that it's a meal that will be remembered by our families and friends long after the aromas and tastes have faded.
