They’ve started diluting iced coffee with lots of water. I’ve been ordering the same iced coffee for years across multiple locations and this location is the only place that’ll dilute yours heavily with cold water. It’s basically half coffee, half water. One time i asked why there’s a layer of water floating on top of my coffee, and they said they’ll remake it. Caught!
Conveniently located on Northern Blvd, this serves neighborhood. The ladies greet with smiles and very friendly. Small kindness goes a long way. The hash brown was good too!
I’ve been visiting this location for over 30 years. The staff has changed, the store has been renovated, but the coffee and donuts have been consistently excellent throughout! Cup of Dunkin coffee just makes everything better!

The Dunkin' restaurant has undergone a noticeable transformation. The food, including avocado toast, hot chocolate, and hash browns, remains tasty, and the customer service has improved significantly. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to address customer concerns are now highly appreciated. The restaurant is now very clean, and the employees, including the manager/owner, are extremely friendly, even during the early hours. The staff member who is often on duty has memorized the regular customers' orders and ensures they are prepared quickly and perfectly every time. This Dunkin' location is highly recommended for a quick and satisfying visit.
