The donuts suck. I thought the water in Texas was why the donuts tasted so bad, but coming back to New York after not living here for the past 5 years, its not the water. Health nuts changed the ingredients, and now they are gross.

The Dunkin' restaurant has undergone a noticeable transformation. The food, including avocado toast, hot chocolate, and hash browns, remains tasty, and the customer service has improved significantly. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to address customer concerns are now highly appreciated. The restaurant is now very clean, and the employees, including the manager/owner, are extremely friendly, even during the early hours. The staff member who is often on duty has memorized the regular customers' orders and ensures they are prepared quickly and perfectly every time. This Dunkin' location is highly recommended for a quick and satisfying visit.
