Do not sign up for their machine/coffee subscription. I did and have regretted it ever since. Their customer service is absolutely deplorable. I cannot get my subscription canceled despite the fact that I have an email from them saying they are cancelling my subscription. I have been trying to place an order with Illy for over 1 week and my street address is showing as invalid characters. I have placed orders in the past with no issues. Have tried to elevate the issue with absolutely no success. Have also had issues with Iperespresso capsules and their availability for CANADIAN customers.
Simply the world's best coffee.
