The food is consistently good here- pretty standard Chinese and Asian fare; I haven’t tried the Japanese dishes. The service is quick and efficient, but don’t expect any warm and fuzzy servers. My last two visits to water moon were so disappointing. 5 minutes or less after 5 minutes or less after we placed our orders they came to the table. Cold. Also the broccoli which I like crispy will hardly cooked. It seems that the food is precooked and then thrown in a walk with whatever vegetables you want which are not fully cooked.
