My pasta dish (agnolotti with morels) was an abstract painting of flavor. Every bite achieved a beautiful balance of salt, fat, and acid, yet the truly magical part was being able to experience each gorgeous umami note separately and gently (unlike a burger, which offers a more aggressive medley of flavors).

I recently had a lunch while sitting at the bar, which added a nice touch to the experience. I ordered the croquettes, and they were exceptional! Four pieces, perfectly crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside—definitely a great start to the meal.
