We had a wonderful evening on a not busy weeknight. This was one of the best meals I've ever eaten and certainly the best I've had on Long Island. I can't belive I hadn't heard about it sooner as I've lived 15 minutes away most of my life. Everything was cooked perfectly and there were inventive and unexpected use of flavors. It's a shame it is so expensive or I'd eat here more often, but I understand why it costs what it does and it is worth...
Overall, a good experience. Service was frequent and upbeat. Food combinations were a little all over the place and some items just don't work together. Dessert was ok. Restroom hand towels/napkins do not absorb water at all and need an upgrade. Friendly and welcoming staff. One of the better restaurants on Long Island.
I had to make sure I hadn’t passed by the Pearly Gates and was dining with Saint Peter in heaven because this meal was the definition of perfection. You would think you were in Heaven. Everything was exemplary from the warm greeting upon our arrival, to the tasty seasoned bread that was immediately served. The wine list would meet any wine enthusiast’s expectations. Our adventure commenced with a first course of a soup, which was balanced with a cacophony of flavors...
