We enjoyed a wonderful lunch with the Ahi poke bowl & shrimp pizza paired with refreshing cocktails for my husband’s birthday today. The lovely bartender Ginny/Jenny was fantastic even if it was her second day! There was a slight hiccup in the kitchen, but the manager handled it in more ways than they should have. Very grateful for good customer service! We will be back! Cheers! Thank you for a lovely day!
We stayed at the Lodge for a conference, and their staff’s thoughtfulness for my food allergies was greatly appreciated! Amazing gluten and dairy free food options! The hotel was also clean, beautiful, and a great location for hiking during our free time! Highly recommend!
We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I booked through Expedia. I paid for a lake view room. When we arrived the hotel very nice and welcoming.
When we arrived in the room it had a view of the road and power lines. I went back to the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. They did not offer a refund but offered two drink tickets or breakfast. This was not acceptable. I called Expedia and was able to get a refund for the room up charge.
