We went to the store yesterday evening, July 4. The line extended outside, but we saw it was moving so we got in line. Once we got inside, we could see they practically had an army of staff working the counter and serving as quickly as possible. So even though there were a lot of people in line, all six of us had our ice cream within just a few minutes--we were very impressed!
I came in about 10 minutes before they closed, Ice cream is good but the lady was rude. Acted like it was a pain to do her job. She acted annoyed when I was interested in a shirt, practically threw the t- shirt at me. I didn’t even have time to look at it
Lots of flavors and there are a few that aren't sold in stores so it's cool to see. There is a price/value difference in going to a scoop shop vs buying a pint from a grocer - depends what you're looking for. The staff are really friendly and it's awesome they let you sample flavors. Sometimes there is inconsistency with their scoops. I've ordered a dish with 3 scoops and one of the flavors was a teeny scoop which can be a bummer if it's your favorite...
