Food 10/10 customer service 10/10 but whomever it was tonight behind the counter that was literally a raging lunatic has got to do better. I’m assuming upper level because at one point she said “all my employees are incompetent”. Learn something : great employees come from great managers. Burned pizza that was like cardboard. Called and was told that they couldn’t do anything because half a slice was eaten. Apparently you have to check the bottom of your pizza before you take a bite. What a joke.
Was in Saratoga for a concert and saw Barstools pizza review on this pizza place..My wife and I stopped in for lunch and I personally am not a fan of pizza in general..but Caputo’s pizza is absolutely to die for..I had 3 slices and forced myself not to eat a 4th one due to supper plans…definitely worth the stop
