General manager is extremely rude. Refused to give me her name while i was on the phone with corprate. First time i was a customer and she was rude and refused to fix my 42 dollar order. Now im a dasher and refused to give me the customers order.
I was very surprised by the service at this location. The service was slow. The line was very long as the person at the front did not seem very confident. A lot of people were upset due to the cashier forgetting orders or mixing up what people ordered. I went ahead and placed my order and it was completely forgotten even though I paid. I went and reminded them about the order and he apologized. But it took 51 minutes total to actually get my meal.
