Very rude. We pulled up to the drive thru which only had one lane opened. The menu was on the lunch and on the other lane that was closed was on breakfast. We asked if they were on lunch or breakfast the woman on the other side was very rude and said "we are still on breakfast,". We waited for 5 minutes then asked if the menu was going to change. The woman who remind silent at time snapped at us and said "You have to wait a minute. We are sending someone out to change it!" So...read full review
I stood outside this Wendy’s in 25° weather with my three and four year-old grandkids because the doors were locked at 6 PM and there were no signs that the inside was closed. There were several workers behind the counter who could see us clearly and none of them came over to offer assistance or tell us anything. I could see other people in the dining room too.
