“I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Theo and Jayda for their outstanding kindness and professionalism. During my visit for breakfast my daughter and I unfortunately experienced a situation where another customer directed racial abuse toward me. It was upsetting, but Theo handled it with care, respect, and urgency.

They stepped in to support me, addressed the situation appropriately, and made sure I felt safe and heard. Their actions truly made a difference in turning a difficult experience into one where I felt valued as a customer.

It’s not easy to deal with situations like that, but they showed empathy, strength, and excellent customer service. I’m very grateful for how they treated me, and I hope their efforts are recognized—they absolutely deserve it.“

“This is a really cool coffee shop, and their prices are great too!! I absolutely love their coffee and bagels, and I really love their soup. Their lattes are so amazing. And they get almond milk to foam a lot too. Most places can't do that. I try their special and seasonal lattes a lot, but lately I've been going a lot, so I got tired of the same amazing latte, so I tried the caramel latte, and Oh, THAT WAS GOOD. I've had a caramel latte before, but that one was SO good. I definitely recommend it. They do have a ton of options, I like to get the cinnamon raisin bagel with PB and J. It is really good. They have super good cream cheese here too. I definitely recommend that too. And the bagel sandwiches? 😋😋. I recommend getting the Mediterranean sandwich. I really love this place and hope you do too!!!“

“This was my first visit, and it immediately became one of my favorite spots. I ordered the farmhouse sandwich with turkey sausage in place of the bacon and ham. The substitution was handled perfectly, and the result was outstanding—perfectly balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and an incredibly delicious bite from start to finish. 
The entire staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The service elevated an already excellent meal into a memorable experience. I left thoroughly impressed and cannot wait to return. Thank you for the outstanding food and hospitality. Highly recommended.“

“I usually order through the app to collect points (&a free coffee) and it usually never fails me but today as I was putting more money onto my account, I kept getting an error message so I tried three times. But when I show up my order didn’t go through. And I now have $30 in my account. Sean and Virginia were extremely helpful and gave me my order anyway. The staff here is always nice and friendly and understanding. So I appreciate them for helping me out. There should also be an option to tip however much customers would like.“

“Updating my review because I forgot to write in it . ? We are so happy to have Cullens in the village and we hope they do well. If you visit, please take the time to leave a review as well! We hope this small business is supported and stays with us for a long time, they deserve it. We popped in this morning for some bagels and coffee. As expected the bagels and fresh cream cheese were absolutely delicious and they had a great variety. One of my biggest flaws is how picky I am about coffee so typically I don’t even attempt to order it when we go out, but today I tried their banana nut latte. Seriously, it was the best coffee I’ve ever ordered! I can’t shut up about it and I can’t wait to to get another tomorrow morning. Definitely take the risk and order yourself a fancy coffee next time you are in the area. Wishing the Cullens crew nothing but the best- thank you!“
