“T.O.T’s (Taste of Tradition)… wow. What an incredible addition to the Bennington restaurant scene. So far I’ve tried the tender brisket & grits breakfast—served with fried eggs and seeded toast—and today’s brisket biscuit with blueberry chutney… both were absolutely outstanding. Flavor-packed, comforting, and clearly made with care. The menu is diverse and full of home-cooked favorites, and they even offer lunch delivery, which is a huge bonus. If you haven’t checked them out yet, now’s the time—you won’t regret it. This is good old-fashioned cooking done right.“
