“Great experience! The bagels were fresh, soft, and full of flavor. The staff is always friendly, the service was quick, and everything was prepared exactly as ordered. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Definitely one of my favorite spots for breakfast, and I’ll be back again soon!“

“I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Theo and Jayda for their outstanding kindness and professionalism. During my visit for breakfast my daughter and I unfortunately experienced a situation where another customer directed racial abuse toward me. It was upsetting, but Theo handled it with care, respect, and urgency.
They stepped in to support me, addressed the situation appropriately, and made sure I felt safe and heard. Their actions truly made a difference in turning a difficult experience into one where I felt valued as a customer.
It’s not easy to deal with situations like that, but they showed empathy, strength, and excellent customer service. I’m very grateful for how they treated me, and I hope their efforts are recognized—they absolutely deserve it.“
