T.O.T’s (Taste of Tradition)… wow. What an incredible addition to the Bennington restaurant scene.
So far I’ve tried the tender brisket & grits breakfast—served with fried eggs and seeded toast—and today’s brisket biscuit with blueberry chutney… both were absolutely outstanding. Flavor-packed, comforting, and clearly made with care.
The menu is diverse and full of home-cooked favorites, and they even offer lunch delivery, which is a huge bonus.

Everything we ordered was delicious. Prices are great. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is super cozy. We will definitely be ordering again.
The minute you walk in you feel like you're at home. The food is comfort food, and the service from Tara and her staff is so warming and personal. Great menu selection and very affordable dining. They even offer homemade desserts.
