“My fiance and I hired Elegant Touch to cater our wedding and they did a fabulous job. The meal was tasty and beautifully presented (we opted for a big cheese and crudite board and passed apps during cocktail hour followed by delicious salmon, salad, and their popular marinated flank steak for dinner). The dessert was a particular highlight -- a sumptuous spread of amazing fruit pies, several types of cookies, flourless chocolate cake and more. Additionally, we were able to work with their team to upgrade our wine selection and serve some of our favorite natural wines, along with a high end champagne. A big thank you to Chef Kim, Deb and Kathy for putting together a delicious and memorable meal for our special day!“
“Had dinner last night for the first time and our steaks ( Filet and Porterhouse ) were very good even though my Porterhouse was very thin and very tough to get a medium rare on should a thin steak. Very boring looking dishes ( no color, just steak and potatoes) but very flavorful. French onion soup had very little broth but the cheese stuffed mushrooms were very good. Service was as excellent. Prices were average. Will stop in again.“
