On August 22, 2021 my husband & I threw a cookout for my son who was visiting from Houston.
We asked our longtime friend Frank Brown of Frank’s Caribbean Fire Grill to cater for 25 people.
We had been keeping our eyes toward the sky due to the threat of hurricane Ida. Our backyard was tented & tarped & we even called Frank at the last minute to move the time to an earlier time, starting at noon instead of 2 pm, which Frank readily agreed to. Needless to say...read full review

Frank's Caribbean Fire Grill offers a delightful dining experience with its flavorful and generously portioned dishes. The Curry Chicken lunch special is a standout, featuring hot and spicy rice, vegetables, and perfectly cooked chicken that falls off the bone. The Mac and Cheese, Fried Chicken Wings, and Oxtail with Rice and Beans are also highly praised. While the atmosphere may be simple, the food and value more than make up for it, making this restaurant a hidden gem worth visiting.
