“Yesterday I was rushing like normal, but I went to Dunkin’ Donuts to get an iced coffee and I accidentally left my wallet with all my money in it. I showed up the next day and before I could even ask for if they remembered exactly who I was and returned my wallet to me with everything in it. The employees are extremely honest and polite here. I highly recommend you choose to Dunkin’ Donuts for its quality service and atmosphere.“

“The Dunkin’ at hillside near to Bank of America is really a good place to visit for your breakfast fast and coffee. I liked the people over there. It’s bit congested inside for dine in, but ok manageable. I had been there many times and they never compromised on quality of food and service. A recommend this Dunkin’ to everyone“

“Every time I visit New York I stop by my favorite Dunkin Donuts shop in Long Island, the Hicksville Station Dunkin. This place is 24/7 and it's always reliable when I come back late from the city or just before and after visiting family.

The staff here work hard and this location being near the LIRR Station makes it a stop for all kinds of visitors. I've seen the staff deal with drunk, homeless, and sometimes even dangerous customers - yet they still keep as much professionality and service as they can.

The location is open all day and night and the staff deal with some of the worst personalities from alcoholics to drugged up homeless to random pranksters and even gang members. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

This Dunkin’ is super convenient, especially being right near Harbor Hill School. I’ve stopped in a few times when I’m in the area—either for a quick coffee or something on the go.

The location is easy to find, but the parking lot can get tight, especially during the morning rush. You might have to wait a bit for a spot, which can be frustrating if you’re in a hurry.

Inside, the store is on the smaller side. It’s really set up more for quick grabs than for hanging out, but it’s always been clean when I’ve gone in. Service has been hit or miss depending on the day—some staff are friendly and fast, while other times the energy feels a little low and the orders might not come out quite right.

Food and drinks are standard Dunkin’. Most of the time my coffee is spot on, and the breakfast sandwiches are decent. I’ve had a couple off days with stale donuts or a drink made wrong, but nothing major. Just depends on who’s working and how busy it is.

“Beautiful location. Ample parking in their free lot. Store is small but beautiful. Spotlessly clean and well lighted. Three hard working employees; not a cell phone in use amongst them. My app order was ready inside 30 seconds. Tables and chairs in abundance, with a really nice view out the windows. Coffee was hot and fresh, doughnuts fresh and delicious. Place was active but not at all crowded.

“Crazy to me on how people are saying the people in the morning are rude. I walk in there mostly every morning, as the staff already knows my order, by the time I get to the counter my order is sitting there waiting for me to pay. Best Dunkin' on the island, esp. because of how kind the people are in the morning. Have had NOTHING but a wonderful experiences here.“
