“I have lived in Seaford for about five years now and just found out about this place. A cute little hidden gem… I brought my two-year-old yesterday for the first time and she had the best time. It’s a very clean place and the staff could not be nicer. It’s less than a mile from our house so we will be back often. My daughter woke up today asking to go back to play… a really cute place. And they have a coffee station for the moms and a snack bar.“

“I have had the pleasure of dining at the Hidden Gem Cafe and having various meals catered by the Hidden Gem Cafe on numerous occasions. I can say that breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert are all super delicious. Breakfast sandwiches are delicious, and the French toast is amazing. The catering is on time, fresh, hot, and replete with every condiment, utensil, paper goods, etc. The pies are some of the best I have tasted. “Ralphie's Crossroads Cafe is one of the favorite "go-to" lunch spots for our office. You can't go wrong no matter what you choose from the menu. Standard menu favorites as well as the daily specials are all outstanding! We've been coming here for years and I have yet to be served a bad meal. “This is a hidden gem in Roosevelt Field. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor in NM and it is bright and welcoming. The service was attentive and the food was amazing. They start you off with a small cup of warm bone broth ( incredibly delicious). My companion had never had bone broth this way and loved it. They also bring a fairly large popover with Strawberry flavored butter while you review the menu. My companion ordered the Caesar Salad w chicken and I had the Warm Grains salad w Shrimp. The entrees came out quickly and the service made us feel like important VIP's. The portions were generous and they were so good they were devoured quickly. ( we were hungry LOL). The prices were in line with what you would pay for any restaurant, however this experience was exceptional. I really cannot wait to return.“

The star of the menu has to be the fire waffles and chicken crispy, savory, and perfectly paired with fluffy waffles that had the perfect touch of sweetness. It’s comfort food at its finest, and the portion sizes are just right. The hot chocolate? Out of this world just what you need to warm your soul. “Great food! The Octoberfest Menu is great! Our waitress was not as attentive, this is not the norm for Small Batch! My husband and love this restaurant because the food is always consistently satisfying. We done here often and definitely will be back...new staff members should be aware that returning customers are expecting the same quality of serviced that is synonymous with Small Batch. I highly recommend Small Batch despite the hiccup during my last visit“

French toast was balanced, pancakes fluffy, bagel airy, hash browns and bacon crispy, and karak chai was a properly cooked chai like it should be. No Coke and Pepsi products was nice to see as well. “We ordered a 5’ hero - half fried chicken cutlet with peppers and mozzarella and half with lettuce , tomato and cheese. We also ordered mild Buffalo wings. I have to tell you that the hero’s were delicious and the wings were some of the best I’ve had!! Christine was very sweet and responsive, and made the ordering process very easy. I have seen the updated, modern style Paneras and I do not find them warm or cozy, The food here was very enjoyable and the atmosphere conducive to a relaxing meal with friends.“
