“Great place. Their vegetables are fresh and their soups are amazing. I usually get their sweet and sour chicken or pork fried rice with a wonton soup. I usually order for take out before leaving work and pick up food along the way, they've always had my food ready before the estimated pick up time and the food has never disappointed me.“

“Discovered this place because it was one of the few restaurants open during the COVID pandemic. It is by far the best local take out Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to. If I could give Ming Sing more than 5 stars, I would. Separately, everyone who works here is very polite and professional, not sure what some other reviewers are talking about as far as the service is concerned. It’s located in the island rec parking lot so there’s plenty of parking too which is a plus.“

“Noodumpling in Hicksville is an absolute gem! I stopped in recently and was blown away by how fresh and flavorful everything was. The dumplings are some of the best I’ve had—juicy, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care.

“This would be compared to a highly upscale Panda. If you wanted Panda type dishes, only cooked with much better ingredients and with much better flavor, this is where it’s at. Really good garlicky fried rice. The clear broth won ton soup was very hot and hit the spot. I loved their orange chicken, which had a good little kick of spice to it. And the grilled shrimp in their farm fresh infusion was so good and the biggest hit.
This isn’t pre-made like Panda, so it takes a minute to cook and it’s well worth it. The freshness is appreciated ! I’ll be joining their rewards“

“What long island lacks is a truly clean (flavor) and delicious Chinese food spot. Been living in nassau for over 20 years i’ve tried all the chinese food spots. But this one right here? The best.

I may be a bit biased here. But I dislike when chinese food places use old oil and drench everything in grease. Asian house has clean flavor, where you can actually taste the ingredients (from the vegetable fried rice). One thing that I always get from chinese food spots to know their quality is by ordering their shrimp toast. Every other spot i’ve been to near by will serve a burnt, nearly black, old grease filled shrimp toast. But at Asian house, they served me a golden brown shrimp toast where the oil tasted fresh and i can actually taste the shrimp.

I truly have found my chinese food spot for good.“

Decided to go today on my own, just simple wings and ridged french fries and I must say, since moving here to Freeport from Brooklyn, this is definitely the closest to what I used to get in terms of taste quality. Superb cooking technique, chicken very tender, veggies blanched just right. Flawless execution. Must order.Beef with garlic sauce 9.5/10. Beef very tender, cooking technique very well. Broccoli slightly over blanched, but still crunchy, rest of veggies cooked well. The negative 1/2 pt is for too much red food coloring dye, it’s a bit too much.This place rates a solid 4.8/5.0. Very impressed and wish it was closer. 25 min drive away.“

“I have my food delivered! The delivery guys are always very nice and polite. I order sesame chicken white meat and it is the best sesame chicken that I’ve ever had once in a while. “Great food and service. Been coming here since I was a child, only Chinese store my mother would go to. I remember the owners’ 2 children playing in the back parking lot way back in the day and now they are the owners. Fridays were a treat to Chinese take out. 🤍“

“We enjoy food from this little takeout about once a week, even in the summer. They make just about everything you can think of, including French Fries! And they are delicious. Those crinkle cut kind, cooked well. I happen to love their Egg Foo Young and I feel their price for the dinner menu is very fair and reasonable. My husband love EVERYTHING and I feel like in the past 30 yrs of marriage that we have been going to this take out restaurant, he has tried everything on the menu, and that is a lot of food. They also will do substitution's which for me is a big deal. I can’t stand celery, Just the thought of it makes me gag. When I asked for my meals that I know there are going to be vegetables in there I let them know about no celery and never once in all these years have they forgotten. Obviously we will continue to frequent this take out with the convenient location.“

Very crispy, huge plus. Very big portions. Issues: 1) Too much breading, little chicken meat ratio. 2) Too much sugar. This is very sweet like eating a Hershey chocolate bar sweet.

Egg roll 8/10. Sorry no picture. Very crispy, wrapper rolled very well, but very little pork filling. Tasted better than the gen tso chicken.

“I was so surprise by the flavor of this food. I’ve tried many different Chinese restaurants but this place was the best. The rice actually has a lot of flavor which is so rare. The food was really good and if I’m in the area I will purchase again. Plus the restaurant was clean ?“

Parking: The street parking is decent. There is parking on the side and back, which is for all the shops connected. The area is safe in my opinion, as it is on a busy main street, across from a Bank, CVS, Elementary school.“
