Highly recommended by this Shanghainese! ! ! Fellow Northeasterners said that the pickled cabbage and white meat are particularly authentic. “We absolutely love Energize Nutrition. They have what we are looking for- delicious healthy protein and energy packed Nutrition. We love their protein shakes as a meal replacement. Our favorite if you're wondering where to start are the banana nut bread with chocolate drizzle or the pumpkin pancake with caramel drizzle. For the energy teas there's so many. We really like the Peach Bellini, Maui Sunrise, Autumn Breeze, Apple Cider and the Blackberry Sangria. It's fun to change it up, never boring. We also take advantage of the grab and go protein snacks and banana caramel over night oats with fresh strawberries, blueberries and banana. Everything is well proportioned and we feel great with these healthy choices. We joined the gym and it's a great combo that's really working and helping us!”

“Megan was awesome! She was handling the customers and food well! By herself she had 3 customers at a time as 1 person left a new person came in.
Personally, I would have had a panic attack if I was in her situation but she kept her head on the task at hand and was friendly and greeted everyone as they walked in the door. Megan was fantastic and I was impressed by her being so calm and collected with what should be a stressful situation. Dealing with customers that can be nasty and rude is no fun task, but Megan was a star!

“Great prices for great food! Normally go to a different place but they were closed. I took a chance on this place and was very pleased. Ordered 2 lunch specials and the food was packed. I ate if for dinner also and it was just as delicious cold as it was hot. The gentleman who delivered the food was extremely cheerful and polite. I will definitely be using this as my new go to place for Chinese food. Worth every penny.”

“this place is awesome. i come here a lot because it’s arguably the best mexican restaurant on LI! i’m all the way from west babylon so it’s a bit of a hike to come but so, so worth it. their guac is to die for! i love the atmosphere. it feels so homey and the music they play is really enjoyable. i reccomend going on an empty stomach because they fill you up fast!! their mexi fries are awesome :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 stars!!”

“I had an issue on uber eats where my food wasn’t made correctly from a separate location. I called and honestly wasn’t the kindest at first because I thought I wasted my money. Both the worker at the front and Kevin the owner were so so kind despite it and helped this issue and made me a new order for half off. They were extremely kind and caring and I apologized over and over for my mistake as I also didn’t realize it was a separate location. They were so kind and so helpful I really appreciate their help as well as how this was handled.”
