My daughter in law went through the drive thru last night and had a $30 order. She didn't mind waiting the unusually long wait for the order but to get home and all of our food was barely warm ( it's a 7 minute drive ), the onion rings and fries were hard, and on top of it all, the order was all wrong. I called and was told someone would contact me back, that never happened. This is really frustrating.
It was pretty cool. Much better than before ���
I like the newly remodeled restaurant and the people working there are pleasant. I have watched them take a lot of abuse from customers--there is no reason to berate or embarrass anyone over an order mix up. Just be calm and courteous to the employees and they will make things right.
