Excellent food in a dirty, unkempt environment. Reviewers have been commenting about the cleanliness of this place for years, why isn’t something done? In addition, if you try to eat in the back of the restaurant, the yellow jacks are on the attack almost immediately. Yellow jackets are not bees, they are wasps who can sting you repeatedly. They are carnivores who don’t pollinate plants. It’s so easy to eliminate this problem. why doesn’t Marie Eiffel take care of it?
Food was pretty good, simple but quite a few nice options for breakfast. Something for everyone. They roast La Colombe coffee, which we enjoyed!
Lots of bees outside on the dock area so we ate inside but felt the inside could be a little more elevated/cleaner given the concept and price point. Would be a great place to pick up some provisions if you’re staying in a house on the island!

Sounds like some 1 star reviewers had a bad interaction with the owner and her treatment of her staff. We didn’t experience that so don’t know. We thought the staff was great.
