“If you’re looking for an amazing pre- or post-workout treat — or just something delicious to satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling guilty — this place is it. The service is always wonderful, and the Cowabunga Smoothie is one of my personal favorites. Everything they serve is made with natural, organic ingredients, so you don’t have to worry about a bunch of ultra-processed stuff going into your body. It’s refreshing to find a spot that focuses on quality while still making drinks that taste this good. It’s always a great choice when you need a quick energy boost to keep your day going. Highly recommended.“

“Simply cannot believe the negative reviews…I have been going here for years and I’m pleased with every experience. Probably upwards of 25-30 times since it’s been open.
Complaints about the prices? You control how much frozen yogurt and toppings go in your cup! It’s weighed! How about you take…less? Like, what?!
The owner is always lovely and efficient and the place is spotless. They seem to take so much pride in keeping it clean.
Will continue to patron this establishment and I absolutely recommend it.“

“A Lil hidden sweet spot.. I kind of thought this location didn't get too busy. I'm wrong. Line looped around and out the door. Worth the wait. There was only 2 girls working... another one was Def needed. But I believe it was a Monday early eve so who knew it would be busy? Aaaw hell... it's summer it's hot n Ralph's is tasty and refreshing sooooo yeah jus assume it's gonna be busy.. but totally worth the wait. Try the pancake ice-cream Yummmmalicous“

“Always an excellent treat- my favorites are strawberry Twisters, chocolate milkshakes, and vanilla soft serve cones, but I definitely need to try more flavors of the Italian ice because I love the ones I've had and so many on the menu sound amazing! The staff are friendly and wonderful, and everything I've ordered at this location has been perfect. There's often a line but for good reason, and it's only a short wait because they are able to process the orders very efficiently :)“

“This is the number one spot for me, the morning shift leader (Kimmy) should be a nutritionist with all the great things on the menu she tells me to try !! The store is always clean and customer service is delightful and the girls are always willing to help in you don’t know what to pick they always have great recommendations I LOVE THE MORNING CREW!!! Great job girls!!!!“
