You can never go wrong with Carvel! So thankful that they opened here in Sleepy Hollow! In addition to the world’s best ice cream, this location has bagels, and coffee straight from Coffee Labs. Furthermore, a great staff to serve the needs of those who come.
This Carvel has been open for less than a week. The people making reviews during the time they have been closed (because of a fire) make no sense in terms of timing or grammar.The ice cream is exactly what I would expect from Carvel. I'm glad it is back.

Beautiful place and elegantly decorated. Their vegan chocolate peanut butter ice cream is to die for! I gave up ice cream for years cause I cant eat diary anymore and the vegan ice creams don’t taste well, but their ice cream is worth multiple trip!
