“They were nice n all but the guy who handed me my bag didn't give me all my food n luckily I always check my bag before leaving bcuz I'm from Massachusetts n was just passing thru returning back home from vacation but the guy did apologize numerously which I thought was nice for forgetting 1 of my items.. It was a little burnt too but overall it was a nice atmosphere.. Thanks for being polite n curtious.. I also enjoyed the gift shop the most!!“

“It was a great experience seeing my name at the Drive Thru area as I arrived for my mobile order. I definitely do not see that in the NYC area and that might be something to think about. The customer service is an added benefit as they were efficient and pleasant on the times we visited. So if you are in Cobb County and along the East-West Connector then stop by this location.“

“I wanted to share a wonderful experience that I had at the Dunkin Donuts onRoute 59 in Suffern Our son, Avi came home this weekend. I met his van at the Dunkin Donuts near Woodbury Commons. When I arrived Avi asked if I could buy him a donut and I told him that we would drive back to Suffern and buy a donut at the kosher Dunkin Donuts. When we arrived at the Dunkin Donuts in Suffern there was a worker from Dunkin Donuts outside hanging a sign that the drive thru was closed and she told me that I would have to go into the store. I politely told her that we were going to leave because I had my son with autism with me and it was not in his best interest to go into the store. Sophia, the Dunkin Donuts employee, with a smile and without hesitation said, "It's okay, what's your order? She then took my order from the parking lot. I ordered 5 donuts. She returned with 6 donuts and told me that it was cheaper that way and handed me the donuts. I tried to give her a tip and had to convince her to take it. Sophia's kindness, in the drizzly weather, was without hesitation and with a smile on her face. She made my day and certainly made Avi's day. We are very grateful! #randomactsofkindness“

“I go to this DD almost every day for a great latte. Today I went there for money as well. I withdrew $200 from the ATM but then forgot to take the money 😟 I didn’t realize it until hours later so of course went back hoping against hope... I asked Lucy, the sweet girl who had made my latte, and she told me she found the money and had kept it behind the counter. She hadn’t known it was mine; she just figured the scatterbrain would return! I tried to give her a $20 tip but she refused. “Staff was fantastic yesterday. Very accommodating woman who ran three gift certificates through to see how much money on them. She wore a chicken hat....so great for the season! Also we met my Dad's best friend....who worked at Boston Naval Shipyard with him many years ago. I asked another young woman if she could lower the sounds a little for us as I wanted to make sure we could all hear each other ...she was wonderful. I would go there again just for the staff.“
