I’ll not be stopping at this Dunkin Donuts in my future travels..... I took out my phone brought up my DUNKIN APP and the worker says, “OH, WE DONT HAVE A SCANNER”!!! RU KIDDING ME? That’s why I have my money on my DUNKIN’ APP FOR WHEN I MOSTLY TRAVEL

They were nice n all but the guy who handed me my bag didn't give me all my food n luckily I always check my bag before leaving bcuz I'm from Massachusetts n was just passing thru returning back home from vacation but the guy did apologize numerously which I thought was nice for forgetting 1 of my items.. It was a little burnt too but overall it was a nice atmosphere.. Thanks for being polite n curtious.. I also enjoyed the gift shop the most!!

Ordered a muffin, it was stale. I took it back to the counter and asked for a chocolate doughnut in place and was given two beyond stale rock hard hockey pucks disguised as doughnuts. The food was inedible! The coffee was undrinkable and the customer service deplorable! Don't eat here!
