I ordered online to pick up and my service dropped so I called back. The same gentleman answered and was very nice and patient, took my order and I forgot to ask for salt, pepper and ketchup on my egg sandwich and he kindly asked if I wanted to add it so kudos for the attention to detail. HONESTLY THE BEST BAGEL I HAVE EVER HAD!! A LIFETIME LONG ISLANDER HAVING HAD BAGELS ALL OVER THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE BEST BAGEL I HAVE EVER EATEN. INCREDIBLY CLEAN, SO POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL AS WELL!!!!!!
