The owner(s) know what they're doing. Dunno if they are chain, but they will make a Bronx-win if they replace the (bland) cheese.

very average everything from start to finish/bar and wait staff great/pasta sauce no taste/all food very bland /there are better Italian restaurants in smithtown/also a bit pricey/would not go back.
