This ice-cream shop is a delightful discovery for a late night treat. Me and my boyfriend were craving something sweet and we went to get a little treat. The customer service was really great and very patient because I couldn’t decide on which flavor to get, they had so many flavors i eventually decided to get the cookies and cream my boyfriend got bananas foster sundae dasher. We both watched her prepared our items and my boyfriend words were “awww she preparing it with love”...
Exceptional customer service and quality of products. Today I was served by Jose. He displayed best courtesy and care while helping me at the counter. He did a nice job. My ice cream dashers were very presentable. He also gave me a discount for being a great customer which was a plus!! I would rate customer service 10/10
Came in today with my 6 year old nephew. Dominique and Jonvieve were so kind and patient with him. They added sprinkles to his ice cream and it completely made his day! He had the biggest smile and was so excited. Thank you to Dominique and Jonvieve!
