Part of a perfect Hamptons weekend. Yes, you may feel the prices are steep. However, the menu is exquisite, service great and ambience - OK. Silver's has carved out a niche offering a better class of lunch experience. The bread is served warm in a goo of olive oil and garlic. Dishes feel fresh in terms of ingredients and have a range of flavors. The downsides are the price, which can feel particularly sharp if seated indoors towards the rear.
I would give Silvers 10 stars if I could. We live in town and had a SPECTACULAR lunch for the first time today. We shared the red fish chowder. It was loaded with clams, perfectly cooked celery, potatoes, onion, and carrots for a culinarily delight!!!! WOW. We read the reviews on how everyone said their BLT was the best they ever had. My favorite place for lunch. Family owned and operated so everything is fresh and unique. Love the bread drenched in oil and garlic. Delicious but deadly. Will always be my go to place for spending time with good friends.
