i hate leaving a bad review, i worked in the service industry for almost 10 years, but mamma mia. i ordered 2 sandwiches and had to wait for almost 45 minutes for them. eventually i went inside and saw that my two sandwiches were sitting under the heat lamp while other orders got packaged up, i waited inside for an additional 15 minutes they were handed over. i finally got my food, went back to my hotel to eat them. no egg on my egg sandwich.

I live 20 min away and will make the trip for a truffle chicken salad sandwich any day. I hate seeing hatful reviews on here it’s often I stop in and hear customers being so rude and mean to the staff over nothing. Please please please be extra nice to them and patient at the end of the day it’s just food and we are all human! But 100% a must whenever I’m in town!!!

Matcha latte was not whisked well so I got chunks of matcha in my mouth. The service was horrendous. Specifically, our group ordered two smoothies and we waited for almost 20 minutes. The whole store emptied and the smoothies still hadn't arrived. We checked once after 10 minutes and once after 20 minutes, both times gently. Both times the owner Nikki was unnecessarily rude. Hospitality is all about respect and courtesy. When one of our group members called her out on her unwarranted aggression, she escalated it further; it was so uncalled for and unprofessional. Would never ever return nor would recommend this place to anyone. Overpriced, poor quality, and the worst owner ever.

I don't get the negative reviews. I go in every Sunday after service at First Presbyterian across the street, and whether it's crowded during the summer months or less crowded in the off-season, the workers are helpful, the service is always wonderful, and the sandwiches and coffee are always great. Everyone seems to be enjoying whatever it is they bought. One of my favorite places to grab a bite in Southampton.

They are incapable of getting the order right. I spent over $100 twice and the lady was extremely rude when I said my order was missing three items, did not give it to me. I had to drive back and then she made us return the a sandwich she had accidently packed. Second time I went, again only added 4/5 items purchased were added to my bag, after asking her to check multiple times.

My fave spot in town for a chopped salad!!! they also have the best wraps. Iced coffee too! It’s one of my faves in town. Wish we had this in miami. Been coming for years.
Seems to be pretty fundamental that a cafe should provide a bathroom for its customers. You have a bathroom for staff so make it dual purpose. Food was pretty good but they heated my cheese sandwich when I requested it not heated.
Edit: response to owner. 3 stars is not 'hateful'. My review was not just about lack of a bathroom. 1. The food was not as I requested. 2. I asked one of your staff members where the nearest public bathroom was. They said they didn't know. Eventually I found one at Stop and Shop which is a 10 minute walk away. People who are not local might like to know. I am not local. A good response might have been, as a courtesy, going forward you would let staff know where they can direct customers to find a nearby bathroom.

Beware anyone with dietary restrictions! I was served real meat even though I paid the extra $5 for impossible sausage. I only realized after eating half the sandwich... first time in 9 years of being vegetarian that this has ever happened.

Waited 12 minutes for a smoothie. When I asked how much longer it would be they told me our order was next and it would be another15 minutes. As part of that discussion the manager scolded me for being in a hurry and for bothering the staff with my question. She told me if I couldn't wait I should take my business elsewhere. So I did.

We got the France, Austria and Supreme sandwiches last Wednesday as a pick up order. No wait but WOW-totally underwhelming. The bread on the France was toasted to the point of burnt, so it crumbled immediately. The Austria was totally bland and the baguette on the Supreme was nothing special. Flavors were dry and boring. Overrated sandwiches for the price point.
