When I walked past this place and saw the menu, I instantly had a good feeling about it. After I placed my order, the staff said the food was going to take around 20 minutes which gave me a bad feeling. I then checked the reviews and I saw that they weren’t so great as my mom then wanted to go somewhere else. It was too late when we asked to cancel the order as the food was almost ready. They ended up prioritizing our order as it came out within 10 minutes and the food was delicious. I’m glad I ended up staying instead of leaving because of past impatient customers leaving poor reviews.

The person who took my order was rather curt. They don’t offer any water - forcing us to spend extra for boxed water on a hot summer day. They also don’t offer any public restrooms which I thought was crazy! We’re paying customers after all.
I ordered an açaí bowl which took over 20 min with no one else ahead of us. Then it came out completely frozen and I couldn’t eat it for another 30 min while I waited it for it defrost.
Disappointed to say the least.
Only reason I didn’t give this place a lower star rating is because I recognize it’s a cheese place and I ordered an açaí bowl, but it was on the menu so you should be able to deliver. And service should never falter. Plus they had these passive aggressive signs basically saying if you can’t wait on the food “try our grab and go”.

We were hungry walking through Southampton so thought we’d get a bite as there were a lot of people and the menu looked good. I waited in line indoors over 30 minutes to order (despite only 3 groups in front of me) because the person who was supposed to be taking orders was instead making coffees. The couple behind me left after a while and I was about to leave , but when they saw me leave they got more people to take orders (as it should have been all along). Took another 30 minutes to get our cold hummus bowls, so an hour total. We could’ve had a luxurious lunch somewhere in that time. I also thought the shrimp was kind of gross, I guess that’s what you get for $4 shrimp but it was all cut up.
The salads were decent and I liked the dressing and hummus. Wish we went somewhere else though

I am gluten-free because of an intolerance, not a severe allergy, but nonetheless I cannot eat gluten. I go to cheese shop because they have great sandwiches, but they also offer gluten-free bread. I ordered a sandwich on July 3. They said they were out of gluten-free bread, but that they had gluten-free brioche. I know that gluten-free brioche is real (I’ve had it) so I chose to believe the store. I got the bun. I had my husband check it. We thought it was gluten-free. In retrospect, I absolutely should not have eaten it because I didn’t know, but the sandwich was so expensive I ate it. I’ve been on the floor sick, had to go to urgent care and am still unable to eat anything.
If you have a food allergy don’t go here.
Delicious turkey sandwiches and smoothies. My favorite items are the strawberry fields smoothie, USA sandwich and the brussel sprouts salad. The soups are hit or miss but the staff are lovely. My only complaint is that they don’t take orders over the phone and you have to download an app

The food is good but orders are NEVER ready on time. If the app tells you an hour it will be two. If it says an hour and a half it’ll be 3. A million excuses every time but nothing ever improves. There are too many other places in SH to simply wait and wait and wait and ….

Fully being candid here and have never left a review on a place. The food is very good but the service is absolutely atrocious! Every time. Across multiple years. I order a sandwich and it takes close to an hour for it to be ready. Slow and disorganized. I try to give it a shot hoping it improves every time and consistently disappointed. Do better.

I make stops here whenever possible, wish it was more often! Fresh food and great menu, my latest delight was the Brooklyn sandwich on cibbata bread and it was everything! Five out of five!

We ordered a chicken quinoa soup and that was beyond human taste salty, I told them that the soup was extremely salty, they took the soup back and said they can “fix it”, without even ask if I would change to a different one or anything. The salad dressing was oily and I had to filter the oil out, the oil filled the whole soup lid! Then they brought us the “fixed soup” back, probably by adding some water, and the soup was still salty, especially the chicken and veggie chunks. Last they brought us the espresso we ordered when we almost finish eating our lunch, and it was cold!!!And no public restroom.

I've had a few sandwiched from here and they have all been soooo yummy!! They have a lot of sandwich options that makes it hard to decide so I've tried a couple different ones :) I'd recommend ordering online and collecting just to speed the process but if you go in summer they have some great outdoor seating!!

As much as I love the food here the slowness, the website and the customer service are subpar. I thought the purpose of ordering ahead was to save yourself time... Ordered a sandwich at 1:13 p.m..... after an hour it still wasn't ready. This is normal for this location never has your food ready on time, sometimes your order is prepared wrong, often missing extra ingredients that you've asked for..... etc.Just stinks because the food quality is good but everything else sucks. And for the prices we should be getting better service.
