we ate at the Southampton location and were seated under a ceiling vent that dropped on my vlients linen outfit. when I sought assistance fron the Manager they were on the phone and merely said she would send someone over. after 15 minutes a waiter with a moo comes over and wioes the ceiling vent and said it happens all the time!! No apology no offer to dry clean my clients outfit, nothing
