Hot, cold, iced latte and the food are all amazing!
On line orders were taken and confirmed without having the beans on hand.
This happened to me 3 separate times. I was offered other beans because they were out.
This could be called bait and switch. Once is a mistake, twice is irritating, 3rd time?
I asked why they took the order without the product, they couldn’t explain why.
This started before the Covid crisis. The business has issues that they should resolve.
