I have to give them a positive shout out. We had a good size group arrive on bikes when they weren’t open. They offered for us to come in and were very inviting along with friendly conversation. The waitress was great at reading the crowd and went along with some good laughs. Great drinks and atmosphere!

Food is excellent, great staff, calzones are massive and delicious! Burgers are cooked perfectly the past 4 visits!
We were skeptical to eat here only because it has changed hands so many times in the recent past and we had heard not such great things. We decided to give it a shot tonight and we were not dissapointed. The drinks were really good. I had a whiskey sour and Chris had an old fashioned. The bar tender that was in training did a great job. For dinner we both had the classic burger with fries. The food came out hot and fresh. The Stockyard Public House, previously with a few changes in ownership, pleasantly surprised visitors with its quality. The drinks, like the whiskey sour and old fashioned, were deliciously prepared, and the classic burgers with fries were hot and fresh. Despite not accepting credit cards, the friendly staff and good service left a positive impression. A traveler from Vancouver enjoyed the brisket and pulled pork, along with the bacon Mac-N-Cheese, proving that initial bad reviews don't always reflect the experience. This country-style restaurant, offering reasonable prices and a full bar, left a city visitor impressed and wanting to return for the friendly atmosphere and upcoming live music events.
