Springville-missing items….happened at Warren too…someone should clamp down on customer service and accuracy. Make sure you hold up the drive thru checking your order.
I love Tim Hortons, but this location is among the worst I have visited. I went inside because the drive through line was backed up to the street I waited in line for 15 minutes even though there was only one customer in front of me. After I ordered my 3 coffees, I waited another 20 minutes to receive my order. The woman making the coffees messed up the three orders before mine and had to redo each of them.
