I had a wonderful experience with Buono Bakery. I ordered a custom cake for my daughter’s sweet 16, and Frank did an outstanding job bringing it to life. The cake look amazing exactly what I wanted! You can tell a lot of care and attention to detail went into it. Everyone at the event loved it and asked where it was from. The staff was friendly and easy to work with throughout the process. Highly recommend Buono if you’re looking for quality baked goods and excellent service! -Olga

First time there and went specifically to get St. Joseph’s Zeppole. I’m Italian and I usually make my own so I will give my review based on that. They are just ok. Shell had no flavor needed some salt and a bit of sugar. They put tons of pastry cream which is not too sweet. Pastry cream tasted very commercial meaning I didn’t taste any vanilla or hint of lemon. Overall Really needs more flavor. The ones with the cannoli cream are a bit better. Would I buy them again no.

Would've been 5 stars except for one thing. We got the apple crumb cake and a variety of the mini pastries. Crumb cake had just the right amount of apple in it and not too sweet. Napoleons were fresh and delicious. Everything was fantastic. Super reasonable prices. HOWEVER, when we were in the bakery, there were a few tiny flying gnats around and even one inside the case. Not what we usually want to see in any food place. I know this probably disgusts some people but it's gnats vs flies and we could tell it was freshly baked so we decided it was safe. (loads of people ate and no one got sick).

Immediately from walking in Dionna greeted me and smiled and asked me how could she help ! Amazing customer service ! She was such a huge help and very polite ! She explained everything in detail with what I needed to know and provided me a Buono bakery cake menu to further help me decide because I was so indecisive at first ?♥️ I had an amazing experience ordering my cake and few other bakery items as well thank you Buono bakery for all you do and for choosing the best team !

We have been going to this bakery for years. Their cake and pastry are always fresh. best place to go for Italian pastries and cake.
Was very disappointed in pastries and rainbow cookies. Bought a dozen pastries 6 of them mini cannolis, which were the only good thing. They fill them fresh on order. The other pastries were OK at best. They have a limited selection, and some seemed old and not fresh. The cookies were strange and had an extra layer for a 7 layer cookie. They were edible for the price I paid but would rather spend that type of money on an enjoyable experience. The space it's self is a bit outdated with a limited selection of pastries, as I already mentioned. Did not try italian cookies and biscuits this time, but in the past, I used to quite enjoy. I am not sure if I will be returning here in the near future with so many other options available.
