“I live in Miami Florida and I’ve always lived a nice life while coming to Brooklyn where I’m staying. I’ve been to burger spots, but can none compete with. Not because of its food but because of the atmosphereand its service. When I ate here, I didn’t just leave with a satisfied stomach. I left here with a brother and his name is Michael. He guided me to the right direction and my stomach is forever and indebted to him. I highly recommend the Miami Burger. It reminded me of home.“

“Of all of the recent fried chicken places to open recently, this one is by far my favorite. Light, crispy fried chicken. I like the spicy fried chicken combo. The sandwich is good too. The spot is small and can easily be missed. Definitely worth finding!“
“We came to this place for a meeting. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff were very polite and we had a great feeling. The food was just great. We loved this place very much and we shall definitely come back again. we highly recommend this place.“

“Living close to here is sooo dangerous because everyday my boyfriend and I crave wings from here !! Their burgers and tenders are also so fire. Literally the best wings on the island, food and service is always top notch. Love putting other people on to this spot and they are never disappointed. Def one of my fave spots on the island.“

“We recently hosted a family dinner at Ralph’s Sports Bar. Ralph and his staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly and that we were happy. My family thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. My aunt said the chicken francese was the best that she has had and the wings and burgers were outrageous. We are looking forward to our next event at Ralph’s!“

“We came with 6 kids (ages 2-7) and my GAWD was the staff patient! Despite the chaos we brought, the waiter/server still answered ALL of our questions and didn't skip a beat on details. And the food...Oh My Gawd, delicious is an understatement! I can't wait to return without children to actually get to eat my food at a slower pace. Do not walk here, RUN!“

“The only “restaurant” in the outlet, we made a brief stop to grab a bite to eat.
I don't recommend the hot dog, very small without sauce without onions or anything else, a small sausage in a bun the size of a bun 😅
The burgers, on the other hand, are generous and apparently very good.
No waiting on our side, served quickly.“

“Love this place. The food is so authentic and feels like it comes from home and it does. They hand make everything like the noodles. Peanut noodles are great here, dumplings, wontons, beef soup. Everything is just so good. Definitely come on in and check it out if you’re in the new door area. Service was excellent.“

“Just stopped in here out of curiosity and hunger. I have to say, this place is phenomenal. I had their spicy chicken sandwich and a Kane Onigiri. The onigiri was so fresh and delicious. The rice was seasoned perfectly. The chicken sandwich was incredible. Clearly cooked to order. Crispy, crunchy, juicy. Definitely coming back soon.“

“Went there last week to see what this place was about. OMGGGGGG I can't say enough good things about it. I had the matzo ball soup and 1/2 pastrami sandwich with a side of coleslaw. Everything was absolutely delicious. The soup tasted like my grandmother made it. I cantcwait to go back and try other things, especially the breakfast options. The waitstaff was so attentive.“

From the moment we sat down, Sean made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. He was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. Not only was he super helpful with the menu, but he also had such a positive attitude and a genuine smile. His service made our meal truly memorable, and I can't thank him enough for making our visit special. Sean is definitely a gem, and I hope his hard work and kindness are recognized by his managers – he's absolutely deserving of praise!“

“Angelica and the staff at Palermo are truly top notch! The food is beyond and the service is exceptional. We catered my daughter’s graduation party and my guests could not stop raving about the food! When we met with Angelica to order she was gracious, knowledgeable and totally on-point with the amount we needed. She is wonderful!!! Eat at Palermo!!!“

“5 stars for the two 3-foot sandwiches: chicken parm and corned beef ; the Cole Slaw; and roasted vegetable Hero we ordered for March 5th Saint Patrick’s Parade Party we threw. Everyone asked where we got the sandwiches. Only crumbs were left on the platters at the end of the day.“

“It's a really nice, new, and clean location. The service was great. Friendly staff that prepared the food in a timely manner. The food was well made and looked amazing. Fries were cooked perfectly and well seasoned. Burger buns were fresh and tasty. Burger toppings were tasty as well ( lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, cheese, and house sauce). My only area where I can see room for improvement is the Burger patty. It can be a little chewy and rough in spots. The location is hard to find. Not on a main street and not visible from a main street. If word of mouth hasn't got to you about this place, you may never know about it.“
