Before walking into carvel, I had hurt my finger and was in need of a bandaid. I ended up asking the worker and he looked very concerned for me. He ended up taking out a first aid kit and put the bandaid on me with a healing jelly thingy. He didn’t have too, but he did. I think that shows how much he cares about his customers. The sundae was 10/10 as well! 🍨😋
Delicious Oreo Ice cream cake made fresh for my sons birthday. I had called and asked if they had any Oreo cakes left and they hadn’t but the owner offered to make it fresh with only needing 3 hours to be ready for pick up. Thank you so much!!! Hey if you don’t ask, you’ll never know. Now I know!
Omg they are the nicest ppl in there, their ice cream ? is awesome , I also had them make a custom ice cream cake that came out on point chocolate on chocolate crunchies and chocolate ganache
