Chun Yang Tea- New Dorp

I’ve been coming here since they opened and it’s not the same as it was before. Some drinks I’ve been ordering as my regulars taste different every time I come on specific days. When I try new drinks to change things up, it disappoints me. All I have to say is my friend ordered a coconut mango sago drink and it was pure white. And our lychee oolong teas were extremely icy, no tea flavor at all and the lychee was so fine you could barely taste it…

Came here a yesterday, and I have came here a few times and always ordered the same drink everytime. But yesterday it was definitely not the same and tea had a super bitter taste, told them about it and they said nothing is wrong. Couldn't even remake it for me so there goes my business. A $1 drink that it cost them to make, but couldn't remake it to keep a loyal customer happy. Last time they get my business.

Been coming here for about two years now. But today, oh wow there were so many things wrong. Ordered 3 drinks, first drink I told them I wanted 100% sugar, it was 50% and told them about it, they just tore off the top sealed plastic lid and added some sugar, didn't even bother resealing it until I was like how am I going to drink this outside? They ended up giving me a lid for it instead of resealing it... the rudeness of this person was crazy! Couldn't make a new one which is ok, but how would you just serve a drink like that after there was an issue for it! Second drink was a boba milk tea was un drinkable, don't even know how you can get a classic drink to go so wrong. Like the tea was over done or something, I went back to inform them about it and to see if they can remake it, they said no , stirred it around for me and said it's good.... how hard is it to remake a drink that cost them anything to make when it's undrinkable!!! I ended telling them to throw it away and walked out. Loved all their drinks but at the r this experience, there's 100 other bubble tea spots that can take your spot. Don't know if they changed owners or this new staff was just unacceptable.

James took my order, I had a few questions since the menu is quite large and some drinks are specialties which are not advertised. He was unfriendly, rudely blunt and seemed annoyed to answer my questions. What happened to being kind? He seemed to forget he works in customer service. Horrible experience and I will never return solely due to James and his terrible attitude.

The drink I got was bland as well, and he put less sugar and less ice when I didn’t even ask for that so I got a lukewarm cup of milk.

Order osmanthus honey lemonade but it was actually osmanthus oolong tea when i drink it.I am very sensitive to caffeine.

You can tell they use real high quality ingredients for their drinks and unlike similar places that sell basically the same drink but a different flavor, most teas here have substantial differences. It may be a little expensive, but it's also probably the best bubble tea spot on the island.

I absolutely love their Raspberry Oolong tea and their brown sugar milk tea ! I come here anytime i pass by.

Drinks are good, but both times I’ve been here it took way too long to get drinks and get out.The second time I went, I recalled the 55+ mins I had to wait the first time and ordered ahead on Google/Fantuan. Great! Order will be ready within 12 mins. I showed up at that time and order was not ready.I had the opportunity to observe while I was waiting. The young lady working was handling EVERYTHING—physical order taking, uber orders, fantuan orders, phone orders, transferring uber orders to their POS, sticking the labels, prepping the cup and the drinks, and making all the drinks. Poor girl was understaffed.She called for backup. A few minutes later an auntie came strolling in the store to help, and went straight to the back. Did not wash hands and went straight to “helping”. Auntie tried taking orders while young lady was making 3 drinks at the same time, but had to interrupt the young lady several times to get the order in, overall hampering speed rather than helping.Then auntie spent a good 5 minutes trying to read the labels off the drinks that the young lady made before asking the young lady for help in grouping the orders.Two more aunties came strolling in not before too long and again none washed hands before jumping in.I was waiting for about 25 minutes in total this time. The young lady probably took about 5-10 orders (in multiple languages), made about the same amount in drinks, prepped uber eats orders, answered the phone a few times, while auntie made 2 drinks (needed help both times) and took one Uber eats order (also needed help).Bottom line is that the drinks are good but if you value your time, go somewhere else until management figures out staffing and training.

We ordered this mango drink last night, andfound out there’s a small cup left inside. The careless staff tried to make the drink as fast as possible so they can close for the day. Pretty disappointed.

The service here was really fast, and the worker was very polite. The drinks they made were also muy bien. No complaints!!!

Better than Vivi in my opinion. The tea tastes great, the staff are friendly, and the service was quick. All great for grab and go boba runs.

Amazing service, amazing tea! Making this a regular spot.
