I spent almost 70 dollars on this order. The food arrived 30 minutes later than it was supposed to. They left it outside in the rain and by the neighbors door with no notification that is was delivered. When we opened the wet bags the food was cold the fries were like dry sticks and the burgers were cold too. Probably they sent us the leftovers from the night before. The burgers did not have pickles, they forgot 2 drinks and the ice creams were literally liquid and had spilled all over the bag. I want my money back or have them redo the same order again and deliver it properly. Thank you

Every time I order on the app 30 minutes at the other side of the ferry (in Manhattan) when I get to Staten Island, the food is never ready. Then they take another 20-30 minutes to make it when I tell them I'm there to pick up the order. The soda tastes like seltzer, the dining area is never open, and they never have the rotisserie chicken. How this place lasted long that the DQ on Forest Ave is beyond me. This place should close and no one will miss it

Incompetent staff that makes you miss your bus or ferry almost every time. Place is filthy. They took 5 mins to take my order of one item (there was no line). Dropped my food after taking 10 mins to make. When I said I wanted a refund because I couldn't miss the ferry, they deliver my food in 20 seconds. And still forgot part of my combo (3 piece chicken combo should have 3 pieces, and ain ice cream. It had 2, and no ice cream).

This place has not had accurate hours listed ever. I drove across 4 boroughs to come to New Yorks only DQ only to find it closed. Very disappointed and would like to know accurate times of opening

Ordered a Reese's blizzard cake which should have Reese's blizzard filling but when we cut it open, we were disappointed that it was just plain vanilla and chocolate ice cream. Paid extra for a blizzard cake just to get a regular cake. The writing on top was mediocre; messy writing and the guide lines (to keep the words straight) were so large and deep. Overall the cake still tasted good but not we asked for.
